About Me

I temporarily ended my career as a student by graduating from George Fox University in May 2004 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Unfortunately, by that time I was no longer interested in engineering, and was trying to figure out what I really wanted to do with myself. I'm still trying to find the answer to that question. Between then and now, I operated a bookstore in Guys Mills, PA for nine months, while taking advantage of an excellent opportunity to spend time with the wonderful people at Faith Builders Educational Progams. While I was at it, I went on a nine-day tour with the FB Chorale to places in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, which was a really great experience. Now I'm trying to figure out how to stick around here for another year or so. Maybe I'll be a student again....

Note: This was June 2005. Much water has gone over the bridge since then... 😉

Wasting Time

I intended to email PLG a list of the stuff that should be brought back here in my car, if that vehicle proves suitable for the 3000+ mile trip, or in whatever other vehicle is used for the purpose. Unfortunately, I spent quite a while creating a Blogger account in order to post on CV's site. It didn't take long to create the account, but then I wanted to add stuff to my profile, and that took way too long. The result is that I still haven't sent the details to PLG, and haven't really accomplished much else today, either.
